Adrialocity: Arieanna’s one year doctor’s check-up

Today is Arieanna’s one year check-up, for once we started the day with us waking her up instead of the other way round. It’s all happy & cheery & everything nice till we have to lay her down to measure & weigh her, poor girl, she knows the place very well, she’s fine when she’s sitting up or carried by us but the moment we lay her down, she start wailing & her big drops of tears starts rolling down. So the nurse measured her, she 31” tall & weighs 27 lbs, doc checked her and then it’s time for the shots. We know she’s getting her shots today, we just didn’t know she’s getting pricked 6 times! 1 TB, 4 vaccines & 1 blood test. The 1st was TB, I was almost in tears when the nurse pricked her & she cried but when her skin bubble up, my heart just died, the nurse was explaining stuffs to me but all I could hear was Arieanna’s pain & I just wished she would just get it all over with already. After the shots we were such wrecks, holding her & trying to comfort her, we didn’t even wanna do the blood test anymore but we decided that its better if we just get it all over with in one day so she don’t have to get pricked again anytime soon. My poor poor baby, good thing she bounce back to her cheery self pretty quickly. She was pretty zoned out for awhile but she got back to her giggly self & start walking & wobbling around the house in the evening. Haiz, stupid NJ laws, which moron came up with the idea that babies need 40+ shots in the 1st 2 years? BAKA! DOU BAKA! Feel like punching that stupid moron right now.

Well that was the bad part of the day but there’s also a good part, my circular needles are finally here! I got myself a set of 16” & 40” ranging from size 0 to 15. When I got the package I almost shit myself, then I start hugging them & giggling away, then I look up & Russ gave me such a dirty look, like I grew 6 heads or something lmao!

Now I have all the needles & patterns I need & not enough yarns! Darn it! Argh lol! I need to sipher more $$ from Russ to get yarns! *wicked evil grin* Oh honey~!!! I borrow your wallet ok??? *angelic smiles*

Talking about package, I got 1 last month from Jaybian which consist of a couple birthday cards for me & Arieanna, some tops for Arieanna, & a facial scrub for me! Thx Jay! The tops looks absolutely adorable on her!

I also got a package eons ago from my mom, more clothes for Arieanna & totally forgot about me lmao. Just kidding, she gave me a fat fat hang bao lol.
